Earlier this summer, Simon from the Wildlife Aid Foundation had a case of unusual bullying on his hands while releasing a greylag gosling to his new home. The baby goose had been recovering at Simon's animal rescue center, and after a few months, he was ready to join a healthy population of greylags on a beautiful lake.
But seconds after the brave little goose jumped into the water, a territorial black swan came over to show him who's boss. Fortunately, Simon came to the gosling's rescue and explained the situation to the aggressive bird.
Never in my life have I seen someone discipline a wild animal like this. All he did was put on his sternest voice and wag his finger a bit to make the swan stop! Let's just hope that things get easier for the goose as time goes on.
